Tag! I'm It!

I've been tagged by Patsy Collins, which means I have to answer the 11 random questions she's asked, then tag 11 other people with my own 11 random questions. (Only I can never decide who to tag, so I may have to handle that part another way. Let me think about it...)

I like random, so here goes:

1. Do you have a favourite word or phrase?

Yes.

Oh, you want to know what it is? "Defenestration." It means to throw someone or something out of a window.

2. What do you like on your pizza?

Mushrooms and black olives.

3. Where do you get you books from?

The library, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon (for my Kindle).

4. Favourite drink?

A two-cherry Manhattan. Or a dirty martini. Hmm. Maybe I should just go with a dirty man-tini. ;)

5. Who would you most like to meet?

J.K. Rowling.

6. And why?

So I can absorb her genius by osmosis. Plus, she looks like she'd be fun to share a drink with.

7. Favourite colour?

 Teal.

8. Where have you never visited but would like to go?

Scotland.

9. Do you like hats?

I love hats!

10. What weather do you like best?

A crisp, sunny day, with October-blue skies, puffy white clouds, and a hint of woodsmoke in the air.

11. Were these questions random enough?

Yes, I believe they were.

Okay, here's how I'm going to do it: Anyone who wants to play along, consider yourself tagged by me. You can either do your own blog post about it, or you can answer here in the comments.

Your Questions:

1. Did you learn anything about me from my answers that you didn't already know?

2. What's the last thing you put in your mouth?

3. Which of your feet is bigger, your right or your left?

4.  What's your favorite regret?

5. Panty preference (either for you or your partner): briefs, hipsters, bikinis, hi-cut, or thong?

6. Favorite beer: lager, stout, ale, or root?

7. What do you secretly like doing that other people might think is silly?

8. What's your favorite vegetable? (Um, to eat.)

9. If you had to give up alcohol or chocolate, which would it be? (I know! Scary, huh?)

10. What's the most embarrassing TV show you will admit to watching?

11. What's the most dangerous thing you've ever done?

Have fun with it! :)

P.S. I found out In a Fix is now listed on Amazon and B&N! Not available until September 4, but still . . . Holy crap, it's real!

Oh, man! It's real? Eeep!

As for that panty question: maybe I'll change that to "which would the world be sure to appreciate me NOT wearing?" But that answer is pretty obvious.

I'll answer #10 (most embarrassing TV show I watch)
"Toddlers and Tiaras". Seriously, it's like a train wreck. You can't look away.

Teri -- LOL! You're not a fan of butt floss?

Anne -- I never pictured you as an air guitar player. Nice! I love it. And thanks. :)

Monica -- Thanks! Not divulging your regret, huh? Must be a good one! ;)

Jennifer -- Toddlers in Tiaras is a scary, scary show. It IS like watching a train wreck.

Oh, good fun! Here we go:
1) Yes. For some reason, "teal" surprised me. I was expecting orange or purple or something.
2) I need clarification. You mean, that I intended to actually eat? Oh, okay. Tea. (Jeez, what were you thinking?)
3) Right.
4) I wish I'd been a promiscuous hussy in university. Sigh.
5) I'd tell you, but then I'd have to endure the butt-floss jokes. So, not telling.
6) Lager.
7) Singing along with whatever's playing on the radio. Loudly. I don't think people would think it's silly; horrifying is the word that comes immediately to mind.
8) Raw peas fresh from the garden.
9) Chocolate. That way, if I REALLY wanted some chocolate, I could get drunk and eat it and pretend I couldn't help it because I was drunk.
10) I don't watch TV these days, but when I was a teenager, I was a WWF wrestling fan.
11) I can't tell you without incriminating myself. I will mention that at no time did I exceed the speed limit. And yeah, I'd probably do it again.

I like the word defenestration too - hadn't heard it until a few weeks ago and it's cropped up quite a lot since. Weird.

First, congrats on your book becoming "real." (Can't wait to read it!)

Don't wanta do this on my blog, so some quickie answers here:
1. Yeah, I was surprised at your color choice being teal.
2. Two pieces of Eclipse spearmint chewing gum.
3. I dunno. I think they're both too big, though.
4. None of 'em.
5. Comfortable. If they can look good, too, all that much better, but I'd rather be comfortable than stylish.
6. Root.
7. Coloring and drawing crayon pictures with my grandchildren.
8. Hard to pick, because I love most. I think I yam gonna pick yams.
9. Alcohol. Chocolate may be fattening, but it doesn't give you a hangover.
10. Top Shot.
11. Riding down the expressway on the back of a motorcycle going more than 100 mph.

Congrats on In a Fix! I'm positive I could give up chocolate easier than alcohol. I think.
