Feline Friday

Happy Friday, Blogging buddies!

Wanna know what this is? Well, pop on over to The Debutante Ball and I'll tell you! :)

HINT: It doesn't have much, if anything, to do with safety. Or shoes. And only peripherally with cats.

Speaking of cats, here's a pic of my part-time cat:

She technically belongs to the neighbor who lives catty-corner from us (I know! appropriate, yes?), but she visits almost every day. Frankly, I think she likes us better. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the gourmet kitty treats I slip her whenever I see her. Sadly, she doesn't like looking straight at the camera. Not that I can blame her -- that flash is annoying.

Actually, she's the ideal pet -- all of the cuddles and none of the crap. Purr-fect. (Go ahead. Groan. I can take it.)

Random question for the day: Are you a cat person or a dog person? (Or both? Or niether?)

Dog person, 100%. (I have 3) But I like friendly cats:)

In my sleep-deprived delirium I read "kinky treats" and, well, was perplexed. I mean, nobody's going to leave if you give them kinky treats. :)

Aha - gotcha! You asked a ranbom question at the end and that means you like random questions and can't get out of being tagged! He he, you're it!

All the gruesome details are over on my blog.

I'm more of a dog person, but i do have one cat. he's the exception to my no cat rule, mainly because of his personality. he's basically a dog in a cat suit :)

I'm both - two dogs and five cats in residence now (to be accurate, only 2 cats are *mine*, the daughters each have one and we're cat-sitting my SIL's cat). The cats are better for snuggling with; their claws retract (and for the most part, our cats are good about keeping them sheathed).

The cats do have an annoying tendancy to take turns sitting on me/my desk/keyboard/mouses which make writing and internetting more difficult. But the smaller dog wants turns on my lap at the desk as well.

I'm an equal opportunity animal lover. Love cats and dogs, as well as a peculiar variety of other critters we've owned over the years.

Used to be a cat person, now more of a dog person. Still love cats, though. So low-maintenance.

Maybe she comes to your house to get away from the stress across the street. Or for the tasty treats :)

I'm a BOTH person. Sadly, I'm allergic to felines, so I make to with photos (thank you) LOLCats, and petting those that live elsewhere and washing my hands as soon as I'm done.
