The Happy Hump Day IN A FIX ARC Tour! Plus, a Very Important Dance Question

So, again I want to thank everyone who participated in the ARC contest. That was really fun for me, and it makes me happy that you want to read In a Fix. Like I said, I wish I had a copy to send to each and every one of you.

Alas, I don't. And, frankly, the postage would kill me.

BUT there is a way (actually, a couple) you can still read early, if you're game.

One of my writer friends, the super-sweet bad-ass Karla Nellenbach, suggested an ARC tour. She even said she'd handle the details for me. You know how happy that makes me?

THIS Happy:

It'll go something like this:

1. If you'd like to read the ARC, it will be mailed to you. (If you happen to live in the US, that is. Out of US-ers, stay tuned. There may still be a way.)

2. When you're finished (maybe taking no more than a week? don't worry--I've been told it's a very fast read), you send it to the next person on the list (name and address supplied by either Karla or me via email). I think there'll be a place inside the book where you can sign your name, so I'll have a Really Cool souvenir when the book gets back to me!

3. Sometime in the future (a little closer to the September 4th release date), mention In a Fix on some social media platform, whether it's your own blog, a Goodreads review, Twitter, Facebook, or a bookselling site, like Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Just give your honest opinion of it--you're not required to blow smoke up my nether region.*

That's it!

*Bear in mind that "Boy, that's a book all right--it has pages and everything!" is honest. No need to go into painful detail if you think it's a loathsome piece of ... um, dreck.

Oh, and for book bloggers who may live out of the US, I've learned that In a Fix will be on NetGalley soon(ish). If you'd like to read and review it on your book(ish) site, and don't mind reading electronically, let me know and I'll have my publicist put your name on the list of approved readers. 

(In other news, Tor assigned me a publicist! Yes, I've been dying to use "my publicist" in a sentence. Because, whoa, just typing it kind of gives me a little "this is really happening" tingle.)
